Information We Collect And How We May Use It

In order to buy from Titan over the Internet, a customer must provide the information required on the “Check-Out” pages.

Titan use "cookies" on certain pages of our site. Among the reasons we use cookies is that they allow a customer to navigate between pages easily without the need to re-enter information. Cookies are stored on the customer's hard drive, not on our site. Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted at the end of a session. A customer is always free to decline our cookies if the customer's browser permits, although in that case the customer may not be able to use certain features on our site that are only available through the use of a cookie.

Customer email addresses, mailing addresses, and telephone numbers may be used to contact customers regarding administrative notices, new product and service offerings, and communications relevant to the use of the site. If a customer does not wish to receive these communications, all the customer need do is to direct us not to make such contacts by so indicating on the appropriate web page.

We use personally identifiable information about customers to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings, and to customize our site's content, layout, and services. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and better tailor it to meet our customers' needs.

It is, to repeat, Titan’s policy not to sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any personally identifiable information about any of our customers to any third party. Again, as stated above, we may, however, aggregate information gathered on our site. Certain information, such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers – even in the aggregate – will not be disclosed.

Security conforms to industry standards in attempting to safeguard the confidentiality of our customers' personally identifiable information. Even though we use such techniques as firewalls, encryption and Secure Socket Layers, no information on the Internet is 100% secure.
